NAMH VASTUU – Return & Refund Policy

At NAMH VASTUU, we believe in supporting our customers to the best of our ability. We have a liberal cancellation and refund policy, outlined below:

Cancellation Policy:

  • Order Cancellation: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, if the order has already been processed or dispatched to the vendor/merchant, the cancellation request may not be accepted.
  • Perishable Items: We do not accept cancellations for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement may be issued if the delivered product is found to be of poor quality.

Return & Replacement Policy:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Service Team on the same day of delivery. The complaint will be reviewed and verified by the merchant. Once confirmed, an appropriate solution will be offered.
  • Product Not as Expected: If you believe the product received does not match the description or your expectations, please report the issue to our Customer Service Team on the same day of receiving the item. After reviewing the complaint, our team will decide the appropriate course of action.

Manufacturer Warranty Products:

For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, we recommend reaching out directly to the manufacturer for support.

Return Policy

At Namh Vastuu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer returns. Please review the following details:

Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The return shipping fee will depend on the carrier and your location.

How to Return an Item:

  2. We will provide you with instructions and the return address.
  3. Once we receive the returned item(s) in their original condition, we will process the return and issue a refund.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 days once the return is processed and the items have been inspected.
  • Please allow 2 additional days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
